Information and purpose
We collect your name, email, role, country or time zone, and challenge to respond to your enquiry, assess fit, arrange sessions, and provide agreed support. Optional details include organization, phone or WhatsApp, AI experience, package interest, and contact preference. We record whether an enquiry is from an adult, guardian, or organization and any guardian confirmation. Privacy requests need only your name, email, and request.
We process information to take requested steps before a booking and deliver an agreement, meet applicable legal obligations, and protect our service from misuse where permitted. Optional advertising attribution relies on your consent. We do not use enquiry information for unrelated marketing without the required permission.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are transmitted to the server and saved in Cloudflare D1. Access is restricted to authorized site management; records are not publicly listed. This website does not send enquiry content to an AI model. Hosting providers may process technical logs. Google Meet supports live delivery, and the selected payment provider handles payment information after agreement. This site does not collect card details.
Providers may process information outside your country. Before using a provider for personal information, we assess the relevant processing arrangements and any required transfer safeguards. Please ask through the privacy request form for details relevant to your engagement.
Retention and deletion
Unconverted enquiries are deleted after six months. Customer records are retained only as needed to deliver services and meet applicable legal obligations. Any legally required retention takes precedence for the relevant records. Privacy requests are kept only as needed to handle the request and document our response.
Submit a privacy request to ask about access, correction, deletion, applicable objection or restriction rights, or raise a concern. We verify identity proportionately before disclosing or deleting information. We delete eligible records, explain any lawful retention, and respond within the applicable legal timeframe. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Advertising choices and browser storage
Optional campaign attribution is off until you consent. If allowed, session storage remembers the landing path, campaign parameters, and available advertising click identifiers to accompany an enquiry. It does not store your enquiry text or contact details. Use the “Change privacy choices” button below to decline or withdraw consent at any time without affecting training or enquiries. Withdrawal clears stored browser attribution and stops future collection; it does not retrospectively invalidate earlier lawful processing. Contact us to request deletion of attribution already linked to a submitted enquiry.
A privacy-choice preference is stored for up to six months. A local motion preference and session-only visual position support the presentation. No external advertising pixels or analytics trackers are active. Internal interaction events exclude names, emails, phone numbers, and enquiry text.
Security and safe materials
We validate submissions, limit request size, use spam checks and rate limits, and restrict record access. An hourly hash of the connecting IP supports temporary rate limiting; raw IPs are not stored in enquiry records. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send confidential documents, identity documents, sensitive personal information, or unnecessary information about other people.
Children and recordings
A parent or legal guardian must submit under-18 enquiries with their own contact details. Do not enter a child’s full name or date of birth in the initial form. Any later information, supervision, suitable tools, or recording is agreed with the guardian before the session. Recording is never automatic.
