Our service
We provide personalized live Google Meet training and practical task support. We assess each request and agree tasks, preparation, participant count, tools, session allowance, price, and any package expiry before payment. We welcome learners of all genders, races, and backgrounds, with suitable arrangements for younger participants.

Prices are introductory and in US dollars. AI software subscriptions are separate. Applicable taxes and the total payable are confirmed before payment. Ongoing training support beyond included sessions requires an active support subscription; administrative scheduling and payment help is available to all customers.
Payment and booking
Enquiry → discussion → agreed scope and price → secure payment link → verified payment → confirmed booking. We confirm the provider and payment arrangements before you pay. This website does not collect card details. We’ll agree a suitable time and send your Google Meet invitation. An enquiry creates no booking, payment obligation, or subscription.
Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds
Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Timely cancellations receive a refund for unused sessions; late cancellations and missed sessions are normally charged, subject to applicable consumer rights. If we cancel, you may choose rescheduling or a refund for the affected session. Contact us through the enquiry form or reply to your booking correspondence; include your booking reference and scheduled time.
For a multi-session package, any deduction for delivered or chargeable sessions uses the allocation stated in your booking agreement. That agreement also confirms session expiry and practical refund processing details. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off or withdrawal rights. Where early service delivery requires a separate request or acknowledgement, we obtain it before starting.
Monthly support
SI Support Partner includes two private 45-minute Google Meet sessions per monthly billing period for US$149/month, plus any disclosed applicable taxes. Renewal begins only with your explicit recurring-payment acceptance. The billing date is confirmed before purchase. Cancel through the enquiry form or your booking correspondence before the next billing date to prevent renewal.
Included sessions remain available until the current billing period ends and do not roll over. Subscription cancellation stops future renewal; session-cancellation and refund rules above still apply. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. No subscription is activated by an enquiry.
Younger learners
For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must arrange and consent to the service using their own contact details. Before booking we agree the learner’s age range, suitable activities, and supervision. The guardian remains involved as appropriate. Each AI tool’s minimum-age, account, and consent requirements apply; we do not bypass age restrictions. Organizations arranging training for minors must establish the necessary guardian consent and supervision before sessions are confirmed.
Participation, materials, and review
Only share materials you have permission to use. Use synthetic or redacted examples unless appropriate handling arrangements have been agreed. AI can produce incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported information. Check outputs before relying on them. Training does not replace qualified professional advice, formal assessment, or your judgment.
Academic support develops your own understanding and independent work. Follow institutional rules on permitted AI use and attribution. We do not provide assessed work to submit as your own or fabricate research evidence. No grade, financial result, specific output quality, or time saving is guaranteed.
Recording and changes
Recording is not automatic. Any recording requires prior agreement from everyone involved, including purpose, access, and retention; guardian agreement is also required for under-18 participants. Additional time or preparation requires an agreed revised scope and price before you commit. Updated website terms do not retrospectively change an existing booking agreement.
